As the shed door slowly creaked open, the BMX Project Frame was just sitting there ready for some real TLC….
Being that the Frame was abandoned for some time (thanks to other commitments) some surface rust began to appear on certain parts of it!
As can be seen around the Head Tube (above) and the Bottom Bearing Tube (below).
So in late June enough was enough as the Frame was brought to a local Guy that owns a Hydro Blasting Business in Dandenong specializing in Hydro Blasting type stuff.
Here is a small sample of doing a little bit of the Frame below….
Below are the Hydro Blasters Details….

After a few weeks, the Frame received a Full Sand Blast and the Hydro Blaster hired a booth to get the Frame covered with the special Etch to suit 2-Pak style Paint.
Another week later, a call came thorough stating that the Frame had been finished, hence the Fully Etched Frame as displayed below….
But it gets even better as a special metallic Paint had been purchased matching the cool colored handlebars.
Followed by taking it to a Local Guy who specialists in Spray Painting (details below)….
About 4 days later, the Frame was Fully Painted.
And the following week the New BMX had all those fabulous Bits (ordered from online) placed onto it.
